256: Bigger sale price = bigger commission

I was stoked when I read a post-auction email from Hunter Sims of Sims Family Auctions. His Northwest Arkansas auction of a riverfront property—with a cave—sold for $81,500 over the reserve.

During the Facebook campaign, we used an approach I’ve experimented with on multiple properties: building separate ads to target different radii from the property. I regularly experiment (with permission), because my goal is to make my clients the biggest possible commissions I can on the budgets they have.
